Our Hotel

 

During the tourist season many people visit the famous grave monument of King Antiochos I on Nemrut Dað. Not only are these world famous statues irresistible but the beautiful sunsets and sunrises are appreciated by visitors.

 

In 1988, Mahmut Aydin built the Hotel Kervansaray at an altitude of 1245 metres near one of the most fascinating places in the world. Our hotel is the nearest to the 2206 metre summit of the tumulus. The Hotel Kervansaray is therefore the perfect starting point for the last 8 kilometres to the top of the monument.

 

Hotel Kervansaray provides you with the opportunity to experience the hospitality of the local people and we will make you feel at home. Our hotel has only 30 beds. Due to this small scale we can offer our guests the maximum attention. Our personnel speak several languages and we will do our utmost to make you feel as comfortable as possible.

 

Each room has an ensuite bathroom with hot and cold running water and the rooms are clean and neat. In addition, there is a swimming pool which gives you a chance to relax.

 

Next to the hotel is a small camping site. You can sleep under a clear sky with thousands of stars which will guide you through the night.

 

Our chef is a master in making local food as well as providing more western-style meals. Without any doubt you will enjoy your meal!
